INTRODUCTION 

During the initial stages, Ionic had already laid down the groundwork for their brand, defining key elements like values, colour schemes, and the overarching look and feel. However, their was more needed requiring some additional expertise, and that's where we came in.

Struggling to connect with their demographic

SOLUTION

We directed our efforts toward areas requiring adjustments, formulating strategic solutions to address specific issues. We placed particular emphasis on enhancing the agency's brand perception and targeting the Ionic demographic.

To do this, we had to take a step back and build upon that connection between ionic and their demographic. So, with careful planning and thoughtful consideration, we integrated a content strategy designed to engage the Ionic demographic through social posts, fostering trust and amplifying the remarkable service experience offered by Ionic. Showcasing testimonials from Ionic's demographic significantly contributed to building client trustworthiness and loyalty, ultimately enhancing the brand's reputation within its region.

 

With the strategy in place and weekly testimonial posts on social media from their demographic, Ionics successfully enhanced its brand visibility on Google by increasing its Google reviews, doubling both the review count and star rating.

INTRODUCTION

As Ionics main target audience comprises construction trades professionals, we strategically published our posts throughout the day, tailoring our content to resonate with Ionics specific audience. ionic needed a good balance of content      consistently giving its viewers an element of what to expect and not to expect.

PROBLEM

Social media engagement, content watch time and media followers at all time low. 

SOLUTION

Key focus areas included condensing lengthy content into shorter, more digestible formats, ensuring that our messages are clear, impactful, and grab the attention of our audience.

 

Job advertisement descriptions were crafted to be clear and concise, providing essential information in a straightforward manner to attract the right candidates without overwhelming them with unnecessary details. Additionally, we incorporated accurate construction trades language and terminology in their content, establishing a connection by speaking their language.

Recognizing the on-the-go nature of our audience, we ensured that all their content is mobile-friendly, allowing construction trades professionals to access ionics posts and job listings conveniently from their mobile. With this in place, content watch time increased by 60%, pushing Ionics content into the platform algorithm resulting in more engagement and followers.

INTRODUCTION

In today's competitive job market, diversity and inclusion are not just buzzwords but integral components of successful recruitment strategies. Recognizing the importance of fostering an inclusive workplace, we embarked on a journey to leverage Ionics disability captions, hashtags, and alt tags within their content to enhance accessibility and attract a diverse pool of talent.

PROBLEM

The traditional recruitment content often lacked inclusivity, inadvertently limiting our reach to qualified candidates with disabilities. Many potential candidates were not adequately represented or encouraged to apply, resulting in missed opportunities for both the candidates and our clients. To address this issue, we sought innovative ways to ensure our content resonated with individuals of all abilities.

 

SOLUTION

Our solution involved incorporating disability captions, relevant hashtags, and alt tags across our social media platforms and website. We carefully crafted captions that provided comprehensive information about job openings, company culture, and application processes, ensuring they were accessible to everyone, including those using screen readers. Additionally, we implemented hashtags like #InclusiveOpportunities and #DiverseTalent to promote our commitment to diversity.

 

Not forgetting adding subtitles in ionic's video content, alt tags on image based posts and form accessibility with clear labels and instructions, and ensure they are compatible with screen readers.
